Privacy Policy
Overview
VORMA PRO collects only the information needed to provide the website, installer, support and software licensing. This policy describes the current VORMA PRO website and Revit add-in.
Purchases and billing
Creem processes checkout, payment, tax, receipt and subscription information under its own privacy terms. VORMA PRO does not receive or store complete payment-card details.
Support and website information
If you contact support, we receive the address and information you choose to send. Website and hosting providers may process ordinary connection information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps and security logs. The owner dashboard uses ChatGPT sign-in and stores website content and uploaded files for administration.
Licensing information
The add-in stores local trial and activation state on the Windows computer. Paid activation sends the license key, operation, installed version and a pseudonymous computer instance to the publisher-operated VORMA gateway over HTTPS. The gateway forwards only fields required by Creem's license API and returns a short-lived signed entitlement. The gateway also stores a digest of the license key and the associated Creem checkout and, for legacy plans, subscription identifiers, plus minimal payment-event records. These records synchronize the license with the verified one-time purchase or legacy subscription period; they do not contain full license keys, customer names, emails or card data. The licensing workflow does not upload Revit model geometry.
How information is used
Information is used to provide downloads, activate and maintain licenses, answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, operate the service and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Retention and rights
Records are kept only as reasonably necessary for service, security and legal obligations. Billing and transaction records may be retained by Creem or VORMA where required by law. You may request applicable access, correction or deletion rights by contacting support, subject to records that must be retained.
Security
License requests use HTTPS. Private payment and licensing credentials remain server-side, and the desktop verifies signed entitlement responses. No system can guarantee absolute security.
